Contact form

When you submit the discovery conversation form or the focused-question form on this website, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type, and message. Phone number, organisation, and location are optional fields you may choose to fill in.

We use this information to respond to and manage your enquiry and any related communications. Your submission is transmitted to GoDaddy Inbox, a messaging service we use to receive and reply to enquiries. GoDaddy's privacy policy is available at godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.

Replies to your enquiry are sent by email. Your email address and the content of your enquiry may therefore also be processed by the email service used to send that reply.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the contact form, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where a request involves information held by a third-party service, will assist you in directing it appropriately.

Newsletter and email updates

If you subscribe to TerraVeda Insights through the signup form on this website, we collect your email address. Subscription is confirmed by a double opt-in email — your subscription is not active until you click the confirmation link in that email.

We use your email address to send you the articles and perspectives you opted in to receive. We will not use it for purposes beyond what you consented to at the time of signup.

Email subscriptions are managed through MailerLite. MailerLite stores your email address and subscription status on its platform and may record metadata such as email open and click events as part of its standard service. MailerLite's privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The signup form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions. Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) apply to reCAPTCHA's operation.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected]. After unsubscribing, the handling of your data by MailerLite is governed by MailerLite's own data retention and deletion policies.

To request deletion of your subscriber data, contact us at [email protected] and we will action the request through MailerLite.

Analytics and click tracking

This website uses GoDaddy's C2 analytics service (delivered via the SCC script) to understand how visitors use the site. This service records click events — for example, which links or buttons are clicked and in which section of the page.

The SCC script is loaded only after you accept analytics through the consent banner, or if a stored, unexpired acceptance is found when you return to the site. If you decline, or if no consent record exists, the script is not loaded and no analytics data is collected during that visit.

The click-tracking listener captures the text, element type, section, and page title of clicked links and buttons. It does not capture the content of form fields, including email addresses entered in the newsletter signup form.

When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept or decline analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key c2_analytics_consent and is remembered for up to 365 days. After that period, the banner is shown again.

You can change your analytics preference at any time using the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer of any page, or the button on this page. If you withdraw consent after having previously accepted, the application sets your preference to declined and reloads the page. The reload is necessary because the SCC script, once loaded in a session, cannot be unloaded without a full page reload. After the reload, the script is not loaded again.

Rate limiting on the contact form

The contact form server applies a rate limit to prevent automated abuse. This involves processing your IP address at the application level. The application does not write IP addresses to a database or application log. However, IP addresses may be recorded in hosting infrastructure or security logs maintained by the platform provider, outside this application's control. The handling of such logs is governed by GoDaddy's privacy policy.

Where submitted information is processed

Contact form submissions are transmitted to and stored by GoDaddy Inbox. Email addresses collected through the newsletter signup are stored by MailerLite. This application does not maintain its own database of personal information submitted through these forms.

Both services operate infrastructure outside India. Their handling of your information is governed by their respective privacy policies, linked in the relevant sections above.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold or have transmitted on your behalf. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

For information held by GoDaddy Inbox or MailerLite, we will assist you in directing your request to the relevant service or action it on your behalf where we are able to do so.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will be updated when revisions are made. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
